Anthony Antine - AJA Wealth Capital
Anthony J. Antine, is an independent investment advisor to high wealth investors, and brings over 40 years of experience in stock market analysis, money management, mergers and acquisitions and investment consulting. AJA's proprietary private market investment approach focuses on identifying the value of a business or security and consulting investors in capital placement in order to seek above-average total returns over a market cycle with the philosophy and process method to own great companies at fair value - good companies at discounts and wait for value opportunities using the S&P 500 index as a benchmark.
Mr. Antine earned an MBA in Finance and Operations Research from New York University, a BS Degree in Economics and Accounting, Certifications for Advanced Business Studies from Harvard and Wharton Schools of Business and is a current member of The Money Marketers Financial Club. While attending graduate school, Mr. Antine's investment mentor was Professor Douglas H. Bellemore, a Professional Investment Counselor and Advisor to high wealth investors. Professor Bellemore authored many financial books notably "Strategic Investor and Techniques for Investment Success". Mr. Antine interned under Professor Bellemore, studied under Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan, former Chairman Paul Volcker and Business Consultant Peter Drucker.
Mr. Antine has held positions of Senior Vice President, Treasurer and Controller of Fortune 500 companies specializing in some thirty acquisitions, start-ups, business developments, and management, which included Harcourt Brace Jovanovich Inc., Volkswagen of America, and CPC International. Mr. Antine managed the $150 million SB Penick Foundation and participated in the Academic Press and Subsidiaries Pension Advisory Board managing $300 million. As an entrepreneur, he created a fulfillment and distribution company, Tri - Star Distributors Inc.
Mr. Antine is the author of Market Comments, a monthly newsletter discussing investment trends. Anthony and his wife Rita reside in Jamestown, Rhode Island.
James E. Johnsen - Johnsen, Fretty & Company, LLC - Managing Member
Prior to founding Johnsen, Fretty & Company, LLC, James Johnsen, was Vice President at Southport Partners, a boutique investment bank serving the technology sector. While at Southport Partners, Mr. Johnsen advised IBM on a number of joint ventures, strategic partnerships, investments, and divestitures. Mr. Johnsen received his MBA from Yale University and his BS in Electrical Engineering from Brown University.

Mark's global project development and asset finance practice
focuses on the representation of energy, environment,
communications, infrastructure (e.g. water and ports),
manufacturing, technology, and investment fund clients
between Asia, particularly South Asia (e.g., India and
Pakistan), and the United States.
In more than 27 years of practice, Mark has represented
domestic and international clients in negotiating and drafting
project development and debt and equity financing contracts,
and in general corporate (e.g., acquisitions, mergers, private
placements, establishment of new entities), tax, technology
(e.g., outsourcing, licensing), investment fund structuring (e.g.,
infrastructure, venture capital, private equity, hedge funds),
international (e.g., import duty classification/export licensing),
and regulatory and legislative issues. His clients also have
required representation in international disputes before US
and foreign agencies and courts (e.g., anti-dumping,
countervailing duties, export controls, sanctions,
anti-bribery/US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other
enforcement actions) and general investment into and out of
the United States.
Hon. Michael J. Pappas
Michael Pappas provides management consulting and community and government relations assistance to business, government agencies and non-profit organizations. Previously, he served as a Member of the U.S. House of Representatives where he focused upon issues impacting business, national defense and efforts to reform the federal government. Other federal government service includes two senior management positions at the U.S. Small Business Administration in the administration of President George W. Bush, as Regional Administrator for Region Two (New York State, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and Associate Administrator of Field Operations, where he provided executive direction to Agency employees throughout the Agency's 10 regional and 68 district offices. Additionally, he has held positions on several other governmental bodies at the state and local level, trade associations, in education, non-profit organizations and within the private sector in the insurance and land development industries.
Mark Austin
Mark Austin manages an international multi-client consultancy delivering world-class services to accelerate value generation for technology-based enterprises in the Green Energy and Cleantech sectors. Focusing on venture development, strategy, implementation and technology commercialization, clients range from seed-stage through high growth enterprises, funds and investment banks, as well as multinational corporations and the UN. Mr. Austin has developed business plans, prospectuses and presentations that have raised over $350 million, has patents issued in 36 countries, and has won international product design awards. A long-standing member of the International Licensing Executives Society, he holds a B.A. Degree from Williams College.
