Resource, technology, market assessment and power procurement

We work with clients to determine technology development cost, performance assessment, analysis of renewable energy certificate markets and forward prices, integration of renewables into Integrated Resource Plans (IRPs), Request for Proposal (RFP) development/bid evaluations, negotiating power purchase, and sales agreements.

Strategy development and investment planning We provide clients with market forecasts and opportunity assessment, strategic planning, visioning, and competitive positioning, business model development, risk analysis and mitigation plans, and technical and financial due diligence for target acquisitions. We use proprietary pipeline models to increase probability of success, and tap into the expertise of our Advisory Board.

Project development and implementation
